25 weeks!

We are at a little over 25 weeks now! We're definitely over half way now! We can not wait to meet her! Within the past couple of weeks, our baby girl has really started to move-- well I've really started to feel her move! Peter is able to feel her move a lot too. I know I keep saying this, but I love feeling her move! I feel like I'm getting know her little personality. She moves with music, at basketball games, after I eat, and sometimes when I'm getting hungry. I love discovering what really makes her move! I was resting this afternoon and it was so fun to watch my belly go up and down as she was rolling around! Praise God that He has given us this blessing!

As far as getting ready for our precious little one, we have gotten her bedding in and are now deciding between two very similar colors of light green for the wall. Cleaning out the room and painting it will be projects for us this month! It's so exciting! I can't wait to have her room ready! I'll post pictures as we're making progress.

I had my 25 week doctor's appointment and glucose test today. The drink was really not as bad as I thought it would be. It kind of tasted like a flat orange soda. Please join us in praying that everything went well with the test for gestational diabetes. The appointment with the doctor also went well. Our little girl's heart rate was in the 130s and everything was looking good. Praise God! I have an ultrasound on Friday, and we're so excited to see how much she's grown!
