Laurel also had her 2 month check-up with the pediatrician today! Our pediatrician couldn't believe how much Laurel had grown since her weight checks in the early weeks! Here are her 2 month stats:
Weight: 10 lbs. 0 oz. > 25th percentile (she was greater than the 25th percentile, but less than the 50th)
Length: 22 inches - 50th percentile
Head Circumference- 38 cm - 25th percentile.
Laurel did so well at the doctor's office! We were in the Disney Princess room and she loved looking around at all of the princesses on the wall. (That's my girl!) She didn't squirm on the scale and she was just as happy as she could be when the pediatrician was checking her out! She was smiling and "talking!" Laurel also did so well with her shots! For one of the vaccinations she had to drink it, and she drank it without a problem. Then she had to get 3 shots. She started fussing after the first one, and then just fussed for less than a minute afterwards. Laurel gave the nurse (who was so great) a little sad face with her bottom lip puffed up when she left. When I was putting Laurel in her carrier a couple minutes later, she was just smiling away! Peter and I are so proud of our tough girl! Praise God for our healthy baby girl.

What a cutie! Can't wait to see you all again--she really has grown :)
