Here are some things Laurel is doing at 3 months:
-Laurel sleeps about 11-12 hours at night (Praise the Lord!)
-Laurel still gets swaddled from the waist down at night (with her arms out of course!) and she manages to get out of it even with Daddy swaddles her! (I doubt the swaddling will last that much longer!)
-Laurel eats between 6 and 7 times a day
-Laurel eats between 6 and 7 times a day
-Laurel now laughs (first big laugh yesterday!)
-Laurel turned over from her tummy to her back TODAY! :)
-Laurel is "talking" more and more-- not just on the changing table and after her baths anymore
-Laurel still LOVES her mobile
-Laurel sucks on her hands and her fingers A LOT! She hasn't shown a preference for certain fingers yet though!
-Laurel is getting stronger at holding her head up
-Laurel tolerates tummy time, but it's definitely not her favorite activity!
-Laurel scoots on her back and changes the direction she's facing
-Laurel's swing has not quite been as popular with her. We typically only use it at meal times, and even then, it doesn't always occupy her for that period of time!
-Laurel loves to be talked to, sung to, whistled to, and held while you talk on the phone!
-Laurel gives sweet smiles
-Laurel is batting at her toys a lot more.
-Laurel is starting to grasp things
-Laurel loves moving her arms and legs!
-Laurel loves standing up
-Laurel doesn't like to be cradle held as much anymore. She would rather that you walk around with her or face her outwards.
-Laurel sleeps with both of her arms above her head or one arm up and one arm tucked behind her head (Soooo cute!)
-Peter and I love getting Laurel up in the morning. She cries to let you know she's awake, but then when you come in her room, she's just hanging out in the crib and starts smiling at you when you greet her.I know this was a lot of information, but I'm doing this partly so I can keep up with how our precious little baby is growing and changing! We are SO in love with our Laurel Faith!
