Milestone!

Last night we hit a milestone: Laurel rolled from her back to her tummy!! And not only that, but Laurel rolled from her tummy to her back (this one was also really exciting since she hasn't rolled from tummy to back since she those 2 weeks she was doing it at 3 months)! It's amazing what a little peer pressure can do! At small group last night, the babies were playing on the floor (one little boy was 9 months, and there were two little girls over a year) and Laurel just loved being a part of all the action! Laurel was sitting up unsupported for longer periods of time and she was just playing on her tummy for awhile without a fuss! She was having a blast with all the other babies! I think Laurel just wanted to do what they were doing! Well at one point, I put Laurel on her back as she was playing with one of her toys and she just rolled over! She acually did it twice! One of those times, Laurel rolled from back to tummy to back! Peter and I were so excited for her! I'm also a little relieved too because I have been wondering what she hasn't been rolling over since she was 3 months. I guess Laurel just needed the right motivation!
