Unfortunately, I had to take Laurel in for her first sick baby visit today. :( She has the beginnings of an ear infection. I'm so glad Peter encouraged me to go ahead and make an appointment for today! Laurel had a cold for awhile and then we thought it was just about gone a week or so ago and then her cough got worse and she started having a runny nose and drainage again. Our poor girl! She is coughing a lot during the night and we know the quality of sleep she is getting can't be all that great. Laurel is being such a trooper even though she's not feeling well! Hopefully with the antibiotic, she'll start feeling better soon!
We just got back today from visiting with my family in Virginia Beach. Despite not feeling well, Laurel had a great time visiting with everyone! I'll try to post some pictures soon!
