Laurel Crawled! (For Real This Time)

A few hours after I posted that Laurel wasn't crawling, she crawled for us! On Sunday evening, Peter and I were cleaning up in the kitchen after dinner and Peter called me over to the doorway to look at Laurel. She just got up on all fours and crawled a short distance to get to the toys on her car seat. We were able to see her do it again and get a video of it. She also crawled a little bit more that night and then a little bit yesterday. She's only been going short distances, but it's been so neat to watch her crawl a little ways, fall on her belly, and then get up and try again. Yesterday, I tried to get Laurel to crawl some more by moving all of her favorite toys to one spot to see if she would crawl to them. She whined for a moment and then found something completely different to play with that was within reach (which is what she usually does)! I got a couple short videos of Laurel crawling, which I may post, but I am going to see if I can get a better video first.
