Our Sick Little Valentine

Laurel didn't get to enjoy her first Valentine's Day because of being sick and I just barely managed to catch two pictures of her in her Valentine's outfit!

Laurel gave me a little smile, but you can just see how bad she was feeling! Our poor, little girl!

Our Valentine's Day started early when Laurel woke us up around 1:00 am on Saturday morning with a fever. We were up with her for a couple hours before she went back to sleep, so we were all exhausted on Saturday! I took her to the pediatrician on Saturday morning and they said it was just a virus, so we're just waiting it out. We definitely know Laurel is not feeling well because she doesn't really want to play; she just wants to be held. So today we're just taking it easy, cuddling, and she's getting some sleeping in. Hopefully, she'll be over this virus soon! It is breaking our hearts seeing her so miserable!
