On Saturday, we made a fun visit to see Aunt Betsy! Shortly after we got there, we walked to a fun playground nearby to take advantage of this warmer weather! Laurel had a blast exploring the new playground and having it all to herself!
Laurel decided she wanted to swing like a big girl, so Daddy helped her up.
Laurel didn't really get the idea of holding on in order to stay in the swing, but she did enjoy it. :)
There was this fairly steep ramp that would take you to the top of the playground and
Laurel was a pro at it. I didn't get a picture, but a couple of times she tried to slide down it. Silly girl!
After the playground, we went to Moes for lunch and then went to Chick-Fil-A for some ice cream! Although she was too distracted to eat much at Moes, she was all about some ice cream! She ended up taking the spoon from Daddy so she could start spooning in the ice cream a little faster. :)
After that ice cream, we headed back to the playground to run off some of that sugar!

After the playground, we played at Aunt Betsy's again before it was time to head home for a nap! Laurel is holding her Moes cup here. She absolutely loved drinking out of her big girl cup and straw. Water just seemed to taste so much better to her that way. :)
About 10 or 15 minutes before we got home, Laurel just couldn't hold out any longer and took a little snooze in the car.
