Back on Facebook

After a nice little hiatus, I am now back on facebook. I posted here about my desire to simplify and get rid of distractions in my life. That is still my aim. Seeking God, loving Peter and Laurel well and intentionally, and homemaking are still very much my main priorities. However, after being without it, I have realized how much communication and updating really takes place on facebook among my friends and family. I have missed that and I have so missed that connection with friends! As much as facebook can such a good thing, it can be such a distraction and time-waster for me, so I am aiming to keep it a good thing by practicing discipline and self-control. I am thankful that I have a husband that loves me so much that can help keep me accountable and focused on my true priorities. :) So, there you have it. Facebook friends, I am back. :)
